Kathmandu. The work of opening the road from Benighat to Tatopani has been completed under the Benighat-Arughat-Larkevnjang road section which was blocked due to the flood in Budhigandaki river.
According to the information given by Infrastructure Development Minister Sunil Lamsal, after the construction of temporary diversion in Khorlabensi was completed, road cleaning work was started in Tatopani and surrounding areas. According to the ministry, the work of removing stones, soil and Gegran piled up by the flood has also been completed.
Minister Lamsal has informed that the necessary studies and drawings for road upgrading will be carried out permanently.
