Udaipur. A pedestrian has died after being hit by a scooter in Udaipur.
A pedestrian died when he was hit by a scooter numbered State 3-02-012 P 4822 coming from Inar Chowk towards Pipal Chowk on the road in Triyuga Municipality-11 Sangam Toll.
Among the deceased is 52-year-old Ram Bahadur Karki of the same place. Karki, who was seriously injured in a scooter collision, died during treatment at District Hospital Udaipur, according to the Central News Room of Nepal Police.
The scooter driver has been arrested after the accident. The police said that further investigation is going on regarding the incident.
