Lalitpur. There is a program of voto showing during the pilgrimage of the historic Red Machhindranath today on Saturday. President Ramchandra Poudel will reach there at 5:30 pm according to the custom of the head of state to see the votes.
According to Bikasman Shrestha of the Jatra Management Committee, Prime Minister Balendra Shah and federal government ministers have also been invited for the show of votes. However, he said that Prime Minister Shah’s Secretariat has not decided anything about whether he will go or not.
According to tradition, the presence of the Prime Minister is considered mandatory in the cultural festival where the Head of the State attends. Shrestha said that the voting program will be held at Jawalakhel Chowk.
