DB Bahadur Thapa, chairman of the hospital management committee, said that since the machine could not be put into use for a long time, the local patients could not be served.

On the other hand, five dialysis machines in Prithvichandra District Hospital in Ramgram have been providing continuous service to 17 patients daily. Due to the high number of patients, patients who cannot get services from the district hospital have to go outside the district. According to Sima Kafle, manager of Prithvichandra Hospital, if the unused machines are put into operation, it will be easier for the patients.
