Kathmandu. Ravi Lamichhane, chairman of the Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RASWPA), has said that no one is above the constitution and democracy.
Talking to mediapersons at the party central office on Saturday, he said that anyone who harms the constitution and democracy should be punished.
“There is nothing, no one, higher than the constitution and higher than democracy. Raswapa and Ravi Lamichhane are clear on this, no one should ever have doubts about it,’ he said, ‘anyone who has done any activity that violates the constitution should be a partner in the punishment and should take responsibility.’
He clarified that anyone who ignores the constitution and violates the rights given by the constitution will not get immunity.
Lamichhane also informed that the official decision will be announced soon after the party meeting on this matter.
