Kathmandu. Chief Justice Manoj Kumar Sharma has objected to the news published in his name in connection with Vichailia Inam Sapkota. He has claimed that the published news linking him is baseless, false and fabricated.

Sharma claims that he has no connection or involvement with the persons and events mentioned in the public news. He has made it clear that he has no direct or indirect acquaintance and contact with those people and that he has never met them.

In the statement, he has claimed that he was not even the Chief Justice in the November, December and January cases mentioned in the news. Sharma has also condemned the baseless news circulated with the aim of creating confusion among the people.

Inam Sapkota, who was arrested and detained by the police on charges of being a middleman, was published in the news claiming that transaction details of 1 lakh 74 thousand rupees were found in November, December and January.
