Kathmandu. Dish Media Network Limited (DishHome) and Tushal Multivenue have signed an MoU with the aim of providing exclusive lifestyle, fitness and wellness facilities to customers, employees, dealers and service partners.
Launched under DishHome’s Virtual Privilege Card programme, the collaboration aims to enrich customers’ lifestyles and provide them with exclusive health and wellness benefits across the country. The main objective of this collaboration is to strengthen customer engagement and add value through various attractive offers and wellness services.
The agreement was signed by Rajkumar Shrestha, Head of Information Technology of Tushal Multivenue and Devraj Shrestha, Senior Corporate Hospitality Account Officer of Dishhome.
According to the agreement, employees, authorized dealers, service partners and customers associated with Dishhome will get attractive discounts on various services of Tushal Multivenue. Under this, up to 50 percent discount on sauna, steam and jacuzzi services, 20 percent discount on new gym membership, 15 percent discount on selected wellness and entertainment services and 10 percent discount on food and beverage services will be available.
To take advantage of these facilities, the customer has to download the My Dish Home app and log in using the registered mobile number or customer ID. After that, by showing the virtual privilege card on the home screen or profile section, the company said that it is possible to get an immediate discount at Tranquility Spa branches.
Through this initiative, Dishhome has collaborated with various partners in the food, hospitality, travel, wellness, entertainment and retail sectors to offer exclusive discounts, conveniences and premium experiences to its customers across the country.
In the coming months, DishHome plans to further expand its partner network to bring more exciting privileges and lifestyle benefits to customers.
