Karnali. Six divers from Armed Police Force Nepal No. 6 Maheshwari Bahini Headquarters, Surkhet, resumed operations from 8:00 a.m. today to search for the passenger force vehicle and passengers that fell into the Karnali river on Thursday.

बिहान ८ः०० बजे सुर्खेतबाट कालीकोटतर्फ जाँदै गरेको क प्र ०२–००१ ख १०५५ नम्बरको फोर्स गाडी ११ः३० बजेको समयमा चामुण्डाबिन्द्रासैनी नगरपालिका–७ दैलेखको साङ्गेतडास्थित दुर्घटनाग्रस्त भई कर्णाली नदीमा खसेको थियो ।

Jairaj Sapkota, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Karnali Province Police Office, Surkhet, informed that the divers searched for five hours on Thursday and did not find him. He said, “Not only has the water level increased, but the velocity of the river is just as fast. The water is murky. There is no place to go directly to the incident site. We had to search from Acham district. A man who was stuck in a river in an unconscious state died while being rescued and taken to the hospital. The whereabouts of the deceased have not been revealed.”

Nepal Police, Armed Police Force Nepal and Nepali Army along with Deputy Superintendent of Police Shravan Vick of District Police Office Dailekh have been mobilized to the scene of the incident.

सुर्खेत बसपार्कबाट बिहान ८ः०० बजे गाडी छुट्दा तीन र दैलेखको डुङ्गेश्वरबाट दुई, चालक र सहचालक गरी अहिलेसम्म आधिकारिक सात व्यक्ति गाडीमा सवार रहेको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ । गाडी ४०० मिटर तल खसी कर्णाली नदीमा डुबेको स्थान प्रहरीचौकी दैलेखबाट तीन किलोमिटर उत्तरतर्फ र जिप्रका दैलेखबाट ५० किलोमिटर पश्चिमतर्फ रहेको छ ।
