Chitwan. It is forbidden to use black stickers on public and private vehicles without the permission of the police.
The District Traffic Police Office Chitwan has implemented this rule from Wednesday. After the implementation of the rule, a total of 150 public and private vehicles in Chitwan have removed their black stickers.
Chief Inspector of Police Anil Thapa informed that the use of black stickers has been banned as it is suspected that black sticker users are involved in drug, stolen goods, weapons, kidnapping and suspicious items.
