Kathmandu. Mental Hospital Lagankhel has now started online OPD ticket service for patients.
Item no. under the one hundred work list on government reforms approved by the meeting of the Council of Ministers. As an implementation of 32, the hospital has launched an online ticketing system.
On Tuesday, under the direction of Health and Food Hygiene Minister Nisha Mehta, the monitoring team of the Ministry monitored the hospital and gave the instructions. Through the online system launched by the hospital, the patient can get the OPD ticket from the hospital’s website. According to the hospital, with this arrangement, the need to stand in line for a long time at the hospital will be removed.
According to the hospital, arrangements have also been made for patients who buy tickets online to pay the ticket fee through digital means. The hospital believes that this will make service delivery more convenient, efficient and transparent.
According to the hospital, OPD services will be operated from 9 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm on days other than public holidays. But patients who have booked tickets online are requested to attend the hospital from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm for morning OPD and from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm for afternoon OPD.
