Kathmandu. Police have arrested two Indian citizens from Tribhuvan International Airport with more than one kilo of ganja sent by courier from America.
Those arrested are 23-year-old Bhanwar Singh and 33-year-old Vandit Patel from Gujarat, India.
According to SSP Subas Bohra of Narcotics Control Bureau, 1 kg 338 grams of ganja sent by courier from America was seized.
According to SSP Bohra, the ganja that was brought through the airport through the airport under the guise of a document was seized by the police through the controlled delivery method on November 10th. In this method, the delivery process of the goods is carried out with monitoring to reach the actual recipient of the suspect goods or the person concerned.
Police said that the Narcotics Control Bureau is conducting further investigation on both the arrested Indian nationals.
