Kathmandu. In today’s meeting of the House of Representatives, the parliamentarians drew the government’s attention to current issues. A special time is currently being held in the meeting and members are continuing to speak.

The internet service of the Parliament Secretariat is affected due to technical reasons and the live broadcast of the meeting is currently blocked. Dashrath Dhamala, joint secretary of the secretariat informed that the live broadcast will be conducted soon as the repair work is going on.

In the meeting, Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal will read out the letter received from the office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers regarding the increase in workload. Likewise, on behalf of Prime Minister Walendra Shah, Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Sobita Gautam is on the agenda to present a proposal to discuss the Public Procurement (Second Amendment) Bill, 2083. In today’s meeting, there is an agenda where the amendments received on the ‘Public Procurement (Second Amendment) Bill, 2083’ will be presented for decision.
