Kathmandu. The government has appointed Hikmat Bahadur Rawal (Kailali) as the general manager of Gorkhapatra Institute and Devraj Dhungana (Morang) as the executive director of Surakshan Printing Center.
The decision was taken at the meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Thursday.
