Kathmandu. Nepal Oil Corporation has instructed all gas industries to compulsorily issue VAT bills when selling LP gas.
The LP Gas and Aviation Department of the corporation has written to all the gas industries today and requested to fix the arrangements for issuing the VAT bill compulsorily due to the complaints that the bill was not issued after the sale of gas.
In the letter signed by the director of the corporation, Engineer Vinitamani Upadhyay, it has been reminded that correspondence has been sent to the concerned association on 30th July 2081 and 10th January 2081. In the letter, after selling the gas, the seller appointed by the gas industry has been asked to compulsorily issue a VAT bill and make arrangement for sales and distribution.
