Kathmandu. A case has been filed against Hariram Dangaura, a child development support worker working in Jagannath Basic School located in Bardagoria rural municipality-4 of Kailali, on the charge of obtaining position, benefits and facilities by submitting a fake educational certificate.
The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority has filed a charge sheet against Dangaura in the special court in Kathmandu on Sunday.
According to the Commission, Hariram Dangoura Tharu alias Hariram Chaudhary submitted fake marksheet and character certificate claiming to have passed SLC from Sri Malika Secondary School, Chaumala, Kailali.
According to the commission, it was revealed through the investigation that the post of national servant was employed as a child development support worker (teacher) and got the position, benefits and facilities on the basis of fake educational certificates.
The commission has filed a charge sheet against Dangaura for the offense under sub-section (1) of section 16 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2059 with the demand of imprisonment and fine as per the same legal provision.
