Kathmandu. Commander-in-Chief Ashokraj Sigdel has presented a tailor’s badge to Purna Bahadur Khatri, who has been promoted to the above rank.
In a program held today at Jangi Adda, Commander-in-Chief Sigdel also awarded the badges to three leading soldiers who were promoted to the rank of General, according to the Directorate of Military Public Relations and Information.
