The highway is completely blocked at Arughat in Gorkha due to floods. Police said that the road connecting Dading from Falame bridge in Soti and Gorkha Arughat is completely blocked.
Similarly, small vehicles are operating only one-way on the road connecting Gorkha Arughat to Dading due to flood in Arughat (9 new bridges). Also in Surkhet, due to landslides, vehicles are plying only one way on Karnali highway. Passengers have suffered due to road blockage. Due to the flood in Bhotekosi river of Rasuwa on August 10, the road is blocked in the entire district.
